Industrie De Nora, the Group’s industrial holding, is leader worldwide in the development, manufacturing and distribution of products and services for the electrochemical industry. After the reorganization Industrie De Nora incorporates all the activities previously carried out by De Nora Elettrodi, relying on the experiences built since 1923 when Oronzio De Nora founded his company.

Description
Industrie De Nora defines the strategy, coordinates and controls the operational and development activities of the industrial group related to technology, products, markets and partnerships. Industrie De Nora provides also intragroup services. After a major re-engineering of the group, completed in December 2006, the operations of Industrie De Nora are carried out through two divisions:
Elettrodi Network - The division controls and coordinates the worldwide operations in the field of coating services and manufacturing related to electrodes, relying on the experience built in the filed of DSA® electrodes since 1968, and electrolyzers through the Network, consisting of the factory in Milan and the other companies in USA, Germany, China, Brazil and India;
R&D Division - The research and development unit of De Nora, with over 60 scientists in 2 different locations in Italy and USA continues the R&D activities of the group started in 1923 year of the company foundation.

Before taking on the role of Chairman of Industrie De Nora, industrial holding Company of the group, he worked in a number of areas including strategic planning, organization and human resources. Federico De Nora is also currently the Chairman of the Foundation dedicated to Oronzio and Niccolò De Nora which is operative in close collaboration with many universities with the aim of promoting innovation among young researchers. |

Gianfranco Mora
 | Gianfranco MoraChief Executive OfficerCEO of the industrial holding, Chairman of Uhdenora (the joint-venture with Uhde) and Board Member of various group companies, Gianfranco Mora holds a degree in Political Sciences from the Turin University.
After several years with Fiat/Lancia as Technical Director, he served as General Manager with Farid S.p.A., an ecology-driven Italian company. He was, then, involved in many strategic projects for an international consulting company.
In 1996 he joined Gruppo De Nora where, before reaching present responsibilities, he was in charge of Development of the Business and Human Resources. |

Matteo Lodrini
 | Matteo LodriniDirector and CFOMatteo Lodrini is also Board Member of various Group companies. He has covered several executive positions in Corporate Finance with a strong industrial exposure in the chemical and food industry. Formerly, he was Head of Acquisitions and Business Development for Nestlé in Italy where he has gained an extensive background in brand portfolio management, strategic planning, divestments and restructuring plans. Previously he worked for Nestlé in Switzerland as Deputy Group Treasurer.
Prior to this experience, Matteo Lodrini worked in Norfin (Gruppo De Nora financial holding) as Corporate Finance officer for few years with extensive responsibilities on risk management activities and group controlling. He has a degree in Economics and a master in Corporate Finance from the Bocconi University. |

 | Fabio EspositoDirector and COOFabio Esposito is a Member of the Board. He is Chief Operating Officer of Industrie De Nora and Director of the related worldwide subsidiaries. He has a degree in Chemical Engineering from Politecnico in Milan and a Master in Business Administration from City University of Zurich in Switzerland. After his experience in Switzerland and Italy as Product Marketing Manager and Commercial Director in Dow Chemical between 1985 and 1997, he was appointed as Managing Director in Antalis (Arjo Wiggins/IFIL Group) between 1997 and 2002.
From 2002 up to 2006 he covered the position of Managing Director in Miteni S.p.A. (Mitsubishi Corporation). |
